Where faith meets everyday life

Real conversations about following Jesus in today's culture. Our latest episode: getting to know Bryce Worrell, our new Director of Discipleship & Outreach.

We get it

Walking into a new church can feel like a lot.

Maybe you're new to Columbia. Maybe it's been a while. Maybe you have questions about God you've never said out loud. Whatever brings you here, we'd love to meet you.

"Will I fit in?"

From flip-flops to wingtips, you'll see it all on a Sunday. Nobody expects you to know when to sit or stand.

"What about my kids?"

Your kids will be safe, known and having fun, with people who care about them as much as you do.

"Will anyone know my name?"

Church should feel like family, not a crowd. Our small groups and classes make a big church feel small.

Why we exist

Know God. Find your people. Make a difference.

That's what life at NEPC is about. We call it Gather, Grow and Go.

GATHER

Worship and real friendships

Sundays are for meeting God together and meeting each other. Stay after worship for coffee. It's the easiest way to say hello.

GROW

A faith rooted in the Bible

Every sermon and class opens the Bible. Ask questions, learn at your own pace, and grow in your faith alongside others.

GO

Love for our neighbors

Faith shows up in how we love Columbia and the world, from adopting families at Christmas to supporting missionaries overseas.

"NEPC connects people to God and each other through Christ by gathering, growing and going."

What you'll find here

What matters most to us

These five things shape everything we do, from Sunday mornings to small groups.

Jesus at the center

The good news of Jesus is the heart of everything, and the Bible is our guide.

Always growing

No one has it all figured out. We keep learning through Scripture and prayer.

Real community

Honest, grace-filled friendships where you can be known.

Joy & welcome

We're glad you're here, and we mean it. Everyone gets a warm welcome.

Love in action

We share Jesus' love with our neighbors in Columbia and around the world.

Your first Sunday

Here's what to expect.

No surprises. Here's everything you need to know before you walk in the door.

Where do I park?

Visitor parking is right out front. Families with little ones can use the back lot by the playground, near the nursery.

When should I arrive?

Worship starts at 9:30. Most people come 15–20 minutes early to grab coffee and get the kids settled.

What should I wear?

Whatever you're comfortable in. Be relaxed or dress it up. We'll be glad to see you either way.

What's worship like?

A mix of traditional and contemporary music, prayer and a message from the Bible.
